The English Hub maintains a dedicated report-help channel for questions about safety, reporting, and uncomfortable situations. It exists so you can ask how to handle something before it escalates into public drama.
Use report-help when you are unsure whether behaviour breaks server rules, when you need help collecting IDs or screenshots, or when you want guidance on whether to involve Discord's trust and safety team. Staff can point you to the right process without you naming and shaming in general chat.
Do not use the channel for call-outs, revenge posts, or demands that someone be banned immediately. Do not dump private DMs without explaining the context. Moderators review reports in order; urgency language rarely speeds things up and often makes the situation worse.
When you are ready to submit something formal, bring user IDs, message links, timestamps, and a calm summary. Our guides on writing useful reports and gathering solid evidence describe what helps most.
