Discord provides reporting tools for harassment, spam, NSFW content in inappropriate channels, credible threats, and other Terms of Service violations. Using them creates a record with Discord's trust and safety team — separate from anything server moderators do.
To report a message, long-press or hover it, choose Report (or More → Report), and select the category that best fits. To report a user, open their profile and use the report option, often under the ⋯ menu.
Discord's report flow works for platform-level issues. For rule-breaking that is specific to The English Hub, also contact staff through report-help with IDs and context.
If someone is in immediate danger, use Discord's report tools if appropriate and contact local emergency services. Do not wait for moderators to respond first in a genuine emergency.
