Discord's Terms of Service require a minimum age to create and use an account. The age that applies to you depends on where you live — not where a server is hosted. Discord may suspend accounts that do not meet the minimum for your country.
The lists below follow Discord's official published minimum ages. If your country is not named in the 14+, 15+, or 16+ sections, the minimum is 13. Laws and Discord's policies can change; when in doubt, read Discord's Terms of Service and the article linked in Sources.
Age-restricted servers and channels on Discord require users to be 18 or older. That is separate from the minimum age to have an account at all.
